Consultation Procedures and timeline

The Consultative Committee meets at least once per year, typically in early November. The meeting is aimed at supporting the preparation of the annual monitoring report, which is generally submitted at the end of November.

During this meeting, the Committee reviews:

  • the main AVA3 indicators and their trends
  • the feedback collected from PhD candidates
  • the adequacy and possible updates of the training offer for the upcoming PhD cycle.

Additional consultations may be organized, if needed, on specific aspects related to the development of the PhD programme.
