Computational and Molecular Interactomics


We develop both bioinformatics methods and databases, which are then applied to in silico analysis of complex biological systems (e.g. cancer, circadian rhythm), suggesting possible novel links in the cellular protein interaction network. Molecular validation in vivo is finally performed in yeast cells by functional assays (e.g. two-hybrid), also including genetics and mutational analysis.
